Ecommerce Administrator (Maternity, 6 Months)

  • Location: Belfast City Centre
  • Salary: £19-22k (pro rata)

We are seeking an Ecommerce Administrator for a 6 month contract to cover maternity leave. You will be contributing to the ongoing success of our company, this role requires exceptional communication experience, team ethos and all-round creative problem solving skills.

Joining the digital team at an exciting time of company growth you will be integral to the management of our digital business and ecommerce brands with a varied and interesting work schedule.

You will be an important part of our growing ecommerce team, taking ownership of delivering professional customer service, supporting brand reputation management and managing many essential ecommerce duties. You will be working with and reporting directly to the Group Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Manager.

You will be working across key innovation brands including –

  • The Grass People
  • Birdkind
  • I Can Lawn
  • Germinal

Your key responsibilities:

  • Managing customer service enquiries from all channels, including websites, marketplaces, social media and email inboxes
  • Maintaining fast and efficient response times
  • Maintaining our high standard of customer service and service ratings
  • Providing information and product advice (training and support will be provided) via email and phone
  • Adding and maintaining website products and content
  • Coordinating with our off-site warehouse team
  • General administrative duties
  • Providing administrative support to other parts of the business

  • At least 1 years’ customer service experience
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office
